What does your rental time cover?

The rental agreement is hourly, with four hours being the shortest rental time we allow. The rental time includes your setup for decorating and cleanup afterwards. We do not allow additional time for setup and cleanup outside of the contracted time.

What services do you provide?

Your rental includes access to the building, tables and chairs for up to 200 guests. We can provide rental for our audio and video system at an additional cost. It is not included in the base rental agreement. We do not provide any additional services such as catering, decorating or event planning.

What are your hours of operation?

The property is available for rental every day of the week with a few exceptions such as some holidays. The hours of operation are Sundays through Thursdays from 9 am to 10 pm. Friday and Saturday events must end at 11 pm with no exceptions unless previously arranged with the manager.

What are your policies on serving alcohol?

We do allow alcohol to be served to legal adults on the premises for an additional fee. The fee helps cover additional security and liability insurance costs. The sale of alcoholic beverages is not permitted. 

Can I tour your building?

Sure! We just ask that you call ahead to arrange an appointment. We do not keep 

staff on-site or an office. Please do not visit without an appointment since you may interrupt a scheduled event.

Event Tips

Don't wait to book

To ensure a date and time will be available, book well in advance. This is not a marketing technique, but our Saturday evenings are always the first to get booked in advance. We have booked events well over a year in advance.

Holding a Date

We cannot hold a date unless a contract has been signed and a partial or full payment has been made. We can check for availability of date, but please keep in mind that our calendar is constantly being updated. Without a signed contract and at a least partial payment, we do not hold dates.


We are typically in operation year-round with a few exceptions. National holidays such as Christmas Day we would typically be closed. Call us if there is a question.
